I loved the stories that we passed around in the barn the last couple of days...............

Some awesome stories have been passing around here in the barn. We have been in because of the white fluffy stuff, and the extreme cold...........so we have been amusing ourselves telling stories. One of the stories reminds me a lot of our herd matriarch Venus. It was the story called "The Old One". It was a sad story in a way and then a nice story too. Venus isnt really that old, but she is wise and she is the boss. I am PROUDLY Venus' grand daughter.....maybe that is were I get my bossiness.........The other was something that I guess that I really should not have shared..........The Does Code of Honor is a time honored code that is passed from generation to generation it has to do with having babies.......I am too young this year for babies, but the other girls have been talking about it while we have been couped up in the barn. I am finding out somethings that I wish that I didnt know......I just found out that is why some of the girls are getting fat, they have babies growing in their bellies.....wow........I am now 8 months old and everyone thought that maybe Tiger Lily and me should have a little lesson on the facts of life....boy ...........what a shock!!!!! I guess next year at this time, I too will have babies growing...........I cannot even imagine that.....but it is the life of a dairy goat......I AM VERY PROUD TO BE A DAIRY GOAT!!

Tiger Lily was really friendly with Human Mommy tonite. She went right up to her and let her rub her chin, I thought that was great......but I wanted petted too, so I shoved her outta the way........LOL!!! And then I got petted too!!

Some of the goaties got new water buckets and we got one!!! Our water had been freezing that last couple nites, so now the new bucket has something coming out from under it that is long and skinny and plugs into the wall........now everyone has ones like that......COOL!! We have been chowing down on the hay.....MMMMMMMM...........


Well I think I am gonna go munch on more hay, and snuggle up with my BFF and try to stay warm tonite......Happy Goatie Dreams to all!!            Nitey nite!!!
